Lighting Option 1 - Track Lights and String Lights for a moody vibe
Controlled by remotes in the kitchen
The track light remote is velcro'd to the wall. Use it to set each bulb on/off or change the color.
Lighting Option 2 - Brighter Fluorescents

To connect to Bluetooth sound, make sure the speakers are switched to on and connect to AL Soundrover 75
Tablecloths, tables and chairs, cleaning supplies and the backdrop frame can be found in the kitchen/storage area.
Our old access system is not compatible with our new suite doors. As a temporary solution, please use the lockbox located on the back door. The code is in your email or will have been sent to you directly by Whitney.
When leaving, please return key to lockbox and mix numbers up!
Before you go....
Set AC (BOTH UNITS) to 74 degrees in summer, turn off in the winter.
Return tables and chairs to their storage locations.
Place dirty tablecloths in provided laundry basket.
Remove any food, beverages, decor brought in including from the refrigerator.
Clean up visible spills.
Take out trash if full or if any food was put in it (dumpster located in the back, right outside the back door)
Lock the front door (back door will auto lock after you exit).
Turn off lights (except for neon sign)
Leave it how you found it, please!

Directing Your Guests
We're honestly not sure why considering this building has been in Covington for at least 30-40 years, but sometimes GPS takes you in circles.
We've found the easiest way to direct guests is to tell them Hollycrest Plaza, right after the carwash, next to Subway
We also recommend adding "The Collab" to your invitations, so people know what to look for when they arrive.
BUSINESS CANCELLATION POLICY
Business by the Hour: Businesses may cancel up to 7 days prior to reservation for a refund minus a 20% service fee. No cancellations within 7 days of reservation.
Business Weekly/Monthly: Businesses leasing on a monthly basis require a 2-payment notice before a complete move-out. Recurring schedule changes require a 30-day notice and are subject to availability.
PERSONAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation with written notice 30 days or more prior to reservation. 50% of total reservation remains payable to The Collab for cancellations less than 30 days prior to reservation. No cancellations less than 14 days prior to reservation.
